IGF-1 LR3 (Long R3 Insulin-like Growth Factor-1) is a modified form of IGF-1 with an arginine substitution at position 3 and a 13-amino acid N-terminal extension. Each KLIKIGF1 pen contains 1500mcg/1.5ml. These modifications reduce binding to IGF binding proteins (IGFBPs), resulting in enhanced bioavailability and a significantly longer half-life than native IGF-1. Research focuses on muscle cell hyperplasia, satellite cell activation, and anabolic signaling pathways.
