What we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, delivery address), order records, and technical data required to operate the site (IP address, device type) collected through essential cookies only.
How we use it
To process orders and refunds, provide customer support, fulfil legal obligations and, where you have opted in, send marketing communications. We never sell personal data.
Lawful basis
Performance of a contract (order fulfilment), legal obligation (accounting, consumer rights), and consent for any non-essential processing such as analytics or marketing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing info@apexpharma.io. You may also complain to the ICO.
Retention
Order data is retained for the period required by UK tax law (6 years). Marketing consent data is deleted on withdrawal.
