Are Apex Pharma products for human use?
No. All products are intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. No medical, diagnostic or therapeutic claims are made.
Who can purchase?
Products are supplied to qualified research institutions, laboratories and individual researchers. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
How is purity verified?
When a third-party laboratory report has been inspected, the product page shows its exact external report ID, source laboratory and measured result. That evidence applies only to the listed tested sample.
How are orders shipped?
Orders confirmed before 12:00 (GMT/BST) on working days dispatch the same day. Lyophilised products ship in temperature-controlled, cold-chain packaging.
What is your refund policy?
You may cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Sealed, unopened research products are refundable; see our Refund Policy for details.
Do you share my data?
We never sell personal data. Data is processed only to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations, in line with our Privacy Policy.
