14-day cancellation

You may cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Sealed, unopened research products in original condition can be returned as set out on this page.

Opened or temperature-compromised goods

Opened or temperature-compromised research material is generally not restockable.

How to return

Contact us on WhatsApp (+44 7535 494876) or email info@apexpharma.io before sending anything back. We send a returns address only after the return is authorised. Unauthorised parcels cannot be processed.

Damaged deliveries

Photograph the outer packaging, any cold-chain components, and the product labels before you discard anything. Message WhatsApp the same day with the order reference and photos. Do not return the parcel until we authorise it.
