1 · Easiest way: Revolut

If you already use Revolut, you can buy USDT or Bitcoin in the app and send it to the external address we paste into WhatsApp. Revolut is also how many customers send GBP — that bank-rail guide is on Pay with Revolut. Crypto 10% applies only to merchandise, and only when you actually settle in crypto. It does not reduce the delivery fee.

  2. 2Search for USDT or Bitcoin and open it.
  3. 3Tap Buy and enter the amount you need (a little extra helps with the network fee).
  4. 4After the purchase, tap Send, then To external wallet.
  5. 5Paste the address we send you on WhatsApp. Do not type it by hand.
  6. 6Review the network and amount, then confirm. Screenshot the send.

New to Revolut

  1. 1Download Revolut from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. 2Sign up with your mobile number.
  3. 3Complete their identity check (timing is set by Revolut, not by us).
  4. 4Add pounds by bank transfer or card, following the prompts in the app.

2 · Fastest way: MoonPay

MoonPay is a browser checkout for buying crypto with a card or wallet pay buttons. We do not operate MoonPay. Card buys usually cost more in third-party fees than a bank-funded buy on an exchange — check the quote they show you before you confirm. Paste the Apex address from WhatsApp when they ask for a destination.

  2. 2Choose USDT or Bitcoin and enter the amount.
  3. 3Paste the wallet address from our WhatsApp reply.
  4. 4Complete their email and identity checks.
  5. 5Pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay if those options are offered to you.
  6. 6Wait for their confirmation, then screenshot it for the same WhatsApp chat.

3 · UK option: CoinJar

CoinJar is an FCA-registered UK exchange. Instant Buy, then send to the address in our WhatsApp reply. Their fees are theirs; we only need the completed send.

  3. 3Use Instant Buy for USDT or BTC.

  6. 6Screenshot the completed send and return it in the same chat.

4 · Other apps

Coinbase, Kraken and Binance all work the same way: sign up, buy, withdraw to the address we send. Match the network in our message.

Coinbase

  1. 1Sign up on Coinbase and complete their verification.
  2. 2Buy USDT or BTC with the funding method they offer you.
  3. 3Withdraw / send to the address we send on WhatsApp.

Kraken

  1. 1Create a Kraken account and verify identity.
  2. 2Deposit GBP or buy USDT/BTC on the exchange.
  3. 3Withdraw to the WhatsApp address, on the network we specify.

Binance

  1. 1Sign up on Binance and complete their checks.
  2. 2Buy USDT or BTC.
  3. 3Withdraw to the address from our chat — match the network we name.

💡 Pro tips

  • Prefer USDT or USDC so the amount does not move with Bitcoin while you are paying.
  • Buy a little extra to cover the network fee. We will tell you if a send is short.
  • Paste the address. Never type it. Crypto sends cannot be reversed.
  • Screenshot the completed send in the same WhatsApp thread as the order.

? What's a stablecoin?

USDT and USDC are stablecoins: each unit is designed to stay close to one US dollar. They are not the same as Bitcoin, which can move while a payment is in flight. For settling an Apex order, a stablecoin usually makes the amount easier to match. We still confirm the asset and network on WhatsApp before you send.

Common questions

If you already have a funded Revolut account, buying and sending is often only a few minutes. Browser tools such as MoonPay are typically a short session plus their identity check. A first-time sign-up on CoinJar, Coinbase, Kraken or Binance includes that platform's verification, which can take longer. We cannot guarantee a third-party's clock.

Place the order, choose Pay with Crypto at checkout, and send it on WhatsApp. We will reply with the address. After you pay, follow payment confirmation.
