How to send payment confirmation

Once you have paid, send a screenshot in the same WhatsApp thread as the order. We ship after we can see that the payment has left your side.

Return it in the thread that already has your order.

Dispatch follows confirmation — tracked delivery.

How it works

1Place the order at checkout and tap Send order on WhatsApp so the pre-filled message goes to us.
2We reply with bank transfer or crypto details for the method you selected at checkout.
3Pay using your banking app or crypto wallet / exchange, matching the amount in that message.
4Take a screenshot of the completed payment and send it in the same WhatsApp chat.
5We confirm the payment and move the order to dispatch. In-stock orders confirmed before 12:00 (GMT/BST) on a working day go out the same day.

What to screenshot

Bank transfer
For bank transfers: a screenshot from your banking or Revolut app that shows the payment as sent or completed, including the amount.
Crypto
For crypto: a screenshot of the completed transaction from the wallet or exchange, showing that it has been sent.

Without a screenshot the order stays on hold. We cannot treat a payment as complete from the checkout form alone — bank and crypto do not notify this website automatically.
