GHRP-6 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-6) is a synthetic hexapeptide (His-D-Trp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) and one of the first GHRPs discovered. Each KLIK-RP6 pen contains 10mg/2ml. It acts on the ghrelin/GHS-R1a receptor to stimulate GH release and increase appetite. Research indicates it may also have gastroprotective properties and influence cortisol and prolactin levels modestly compared to GHRP-2.

CJC-1295 without DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic analogue of GHRH (1-29), also known as Mod GRF (1-29). Four amino acid substitutions enhance its resistance to enzymatic degradation and increase its half-life compared to native GHRH. Each KLIKCJC pen contains 10mg/2ml. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide (Aib-His-D-2Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2) that selectively stimulates growth hormone release from the pituitary gland.
