Tesamorelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue consisting of the 44-amino acid sequence of human GHRH with a trans-3-hexenoic acid group attached to the tyrosine residue. Each TESAKLIK pen contains 30mg/3ml. This modification increases resistance to enzymatic degradation. Research has focused on its effects on visceral adipose tissue reduction, particularly in the context of lipodystrophy and metabolic syndrome models.
