Orders are dispatched in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with cold packs where required. Tracked UK delivery typically arrives within 1–3 working days. If the packaging arrives damaged or warm, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement batch.

Products with an inspected external report list the report ID, tested compound and amount, source laboratory, measured purity where reported, and a link to the external record. A report applies only to that tested sample and does not verify every variant or future batch.

Follow the product label, supplied documentation and your validated laboratory protocol. Storage requirements can vary by compound and presentation, so no single temperature or duration applies to the whole catalogue.

Use only the diluent, concentration, aseptic process and stability window defined by your validated protocol and the applicable product documentation. Apex does not publish one universal reconstitution instruction for every compound.

Because products are perishable and supplied for research use, they are non-returnable once dispatched, unless the cold chain has been broken or the batch is defective — in which case we will replace it. See our shipping and returns policy for full terms.
