Your consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply to online purchases.
14-day cancellation
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Note that for hygiene reasons, sealed research products that have been opened cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including return postage where required.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation or the return being received.
Faulty goods
If a product is faulty, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.
